Restaurant for rehearsal dinner?

Hi ladies,

I'm looking for recommendations for restaurants for our rehearsal dinner. Nothing too fancy, just has to accomodate 30 people. Anywhere near Downey/Whittier/La Mirada would work.

What type of food did you want to have? There are some main restaraunt chains in Downey and Whittier. Acapulco in Downey has a sperate section that they might be able to rent out to, Frantones in Downey has a banquet section. HTH!

Thanks for your help! We're open to any type of food really...american, mexican, italian etc.

Maybe try Datillo's in uptown Whittier for Italian - they also have a section that can be corded off - not sure how many guests they can accommodate though...

Buca de Beppo! That's what we're doing, they have one in Anaheim. Not sure if too far for you. I have to go over their set menu options to see if worth the price or if a good deal.

I would recommend Mr V's in La Mirada.. It's a pretty nice place.. also if you like Mexican food Casa Gamino in paramount is ok too..and not that expensive

Nevermind, Bucca starts at $29.95 per person and with 25+ people plus 20% service charge and tax, a bit pricey.
