QOTD

If you had $5000 to spend, what would you spend it on?

I would buy FI the gun that he wants, buy him an xbox, and a  video camera. Buy him some clothes too. I'd get myself a new cell phone. And probably save the rest.

I think I would use it for a downpayment on a new car.  If not that then I would buy DH a new camera and me a new clothes.

That would take care of the rest of my student debt, so I would have to play it safe and use it for that.

But assuming it was already paid off...I'd buy some new clothes, a kindle, and the rest of the things from our registry that we did not get (and did not complete ourselves). Then put the rest in the bank!

I would buy the little things we need for the house. I would also buy FI this autograph picture he wants. After all that I would save the rest for the wedding.

Well, honestly, we'd save it for moving.

But if my savings were already as padded as I'd like, I'd use that towardsa  new car (and trade in both our cars). We have one in mind, but we'd buy it used because it's pricey!

I would probably use the whole thing for debt. I have some pre-wedding cc debt that I really want to get rid of. Maybe, I would buy something small for each of us (watch for me, some video game system for him) and then use the rest for the debt.

I would use it for DH's eye surgery, he wants to see so bad w/o any contacts or glasses. The rest I would use it for a down payment on a car. I'm due for one.

I would have to say a car or save it towards one day being able to get a home.

I mean yes I'd LOVE a new computer and other stuff for our home but I think getting a car or saving it and adding more savings so that one day we can own a home would be sweet Laughing

I would probably put in our future home savings or maybe split it and pay off some debt.

We had our new granite countertops installed in the kitchen today, and I love it so much... I had no idea that one could love granite countertops so much!

Therefore, I would throw it into putting granite in our master bath (aphrodite), with a huge jacuzzi tub.

I love my granite counter tops. We have them in all the bathrooms and the kitchen.
