Name Change

So I didn't realize that when I changed my name at the DMV on my DL they didn't change my name for my vehicle registration.   I am now having to go back and change my title and vehicle registration.  Just a little FYI for when you ladies change yours.

Tell me about it.  I still haven't changed my insurance and all I have to do is fax them a copy of my license!

i can't figure out which address to send my SS # change form to.  I'd go to the office but i'd used up all my vacation and personal time on wedding/honeymoon, and my office is open the same hours as SS office.

Ooo!  Thanks for the heads up.  I just did the first step (the SS card) on Friday.  I told DH that he's gonig to owe me a really nice dinner once I finish all of this frustration.  :oP

I am having my 15 year anniversary/ church renewal next year and reading your post gives me a great idea!  I can FINALLY change my last name to my hubby's.  It sounds difficult but I think he earned it.
