Dress places around the LA area up to Ventura

Hey everyone

My mom is coming to visit this weekend from Canada and we're going dress shopping! Are there any places you recommend in the LA area all the way up to Ventura? My wedding is only a couple months away so I'll be buying off the rack most likely.

Pebbles in Woodland Hills has a big selection, however I'm not sure what they have in the way of buying off the rack.

Pebbles in the valley is where i bought my dress. As for off the rack at Pebbles unless you are a size 10 and under the off the rack options are really horrible, the sales consultant even called them the ugly dress section( I'm a size 14). So unless your little I would not suggest of the rack there. In simi valley there is a place called Kays bridal that I went to and they have a much better off the rack selection for sizes 12,14,16, now Iif your a size 10 or under you'll pretty much find that any place you go will have samples that fit your body! Hope that helps!

I also bought my dress from Pebbles Bridal, they had great service; but I don't know about their dresses off the rack. I ordered mine.

I just went to Alfred Angelo in Beverly Hills. I'm not sure about their buying off-rack availability, but the in-store sizing is much more generous than most independent places. They had samples up to size 20, at least.

Kay's Bridal in Simi Valley

I went to both Kay's and Pebbles. Both are great but the service at Kay's was the best service I recieved in all the bridal shops I visited. I wish I could have ordered my dress from them but they didn't have one that I liked.
