Glamour Closet, Pebbles Bridal.  If you find a dress in the store (not a DB or AA dress) you can search for it online atplaces like Jay's Bridal, Pearl's Place, and Netbride.  They are all authorized retailers of dresses they sell.  My Casablanca dress was a few hundred dollars more in the salon than it was at Jay's.

I HIGHLY recommend Pearl's Place! They are freakin' awesome!! Which reminds I have to call and thank them!

I went to Alfred Angelo on La Cienaga...nice service....dont' get me wrong....very helpful sales person (Valerie) had my "moment" with the dress but was outraged by the sales tagSurprised I just couldn't believe paying that much $ for a dress ( I know its "THE" dress but still)

Long story short the girls here recommended Pearl's Place (since there  in Louisiana) I called told them the exact dress I LOVED at Alfred Angelo style color etc etc all the details pulled the info it was $900 less...yes believe it or not...cux I still can't!  And the price she gave me was with shipping! The dress arrived 3 months later @ my door the same dream dress I loved at AA!

It became something totally affordable for me...and I plan to go to Reene in Woodland hills for alterations!

HTH and GL in your search!

    Hi Knottie.
I know what your going through.
I had a girlfriend use a beautiful dress and turn it into a wedding gown, so then she can reuse it.
I FINALLY  found a photographer for my budget:  www.goesphotography.com and will continue to search for other great vendors.
Next week are the florist and cake.
Just want to pass on my post.

    good luck,
    jacky
