AISLE RUNNER

so after a lot of thought, I have decided that I want to DIY a monogrammed aisle runner. Where can you get an inexpensive, plain aisle runner? Also, I know some of you downloaded fonts...can you tell me the website you used? TIA!

I got our aisle runner at Pat Catan's. They also carry them at Michael's and Jo Anns. I think ours was about $25. I blogged step-by-step directions about this here: http://laurenmikewedding.blogspot.com/2009/06/laurens-how-to-diy-aisle-runner.html As for fonts, I have gotten some from dafonts.com If you have any questions about the aisle runner in particular, let me know.

I also made one, PIB. I blew up my monogram at Office Max (fonts from microsoft word), and then followed the same thing as Lauren. we made them together! the only thing I would've done different is taped the wax paper to the monogram before placing it under. that way, it's stuck to it and you can still see the monogram enough to trace initially. i did three monograms, which you can't see in the picture, but there was one in the front, middle, and back of the aisle.
