Hi all,I've been lurking here for a few weeks and thought I'd introduce myself. A good friend of mine posts here, so she turned me on to the message boards here at the knot.My name is Andrea and my fiance is Dan.  We have both lived in the NEO our whole life, but in seperate locals (I'm from Massillon, he's from Elyria).  We have been engaged since Christimas 2008.  We met in college.We are planning slowly b/c our wedding date is set for 10/23/10.  We will have been a couple for 6 years by the time we get married.  We have our ceremony and reception sites and I have my dress!  Other than that, we are taking a summer break from planning b/c we want to enjoy our short cleveland summer.

    We're getting married at Amasa Stone Chapel in Cleveland Hts and our reception venue is Twinhaven in Twinsburg. It's owned by Catered Elegance.We have our colors picked out: black, white, and yellow.  We're having 5 BM & 5 GM. Bridesmaids in knee length black dresses and groomsmen in black suits.  Yellow flowers (maybe roses?).We still have a lot of work to do: photographer, flowers, cake, invites, etc. We need an officiant!  Groom is catholic and I'm nothing, so we need to figure that one out.

    Hey Andrea! Welcome! We just had our ceremony at Amasa. If you have any questions, thoughts, etc. . . . feel free to ask! Did you or Dan grad from Case or another family member? Just trying to figure out if I know you guys. :) The ladies here are GREAT, so don't be shy!

    juliet1503,Dan and I both graduated from Case in '07.  He's an engineer and I was a biology major.  That's so cool that you were married at Amasa Stone. I'm really excited about it b/c Case is where Dan and I met, so the ceremony will be extra meaningful.  I haven't been there since I graduated, so I need to check out the space so I can see what (if anything) I need to do with it.
