WEDDING VENUE NEEDED!!! PLEASE HELP!!

I am located in the San Fernando Valley, and I am looking for a venue that is cheap that can hold about 170 people and possible do both ceremony and reception at same location.  We found a place in Oak Park and booked it then FI and I both realized that we underestimated our family and friends, so we are way over capacity.  We wanted an August 29th wedding and had everything planned before it fell through. Now I am freaking out that we don't have a venue. It would be easy to find a place if our budget was over 20K but its not. We are paying cash for everything and would like to stay under 12K. If anyone knows of community centers, libraries, or anything that has a beautiful outdoor setting and can hold a reception for the amount of guest we have please, send me the info. Thank you so much knotties. Im so stressed and overwhelmed with this. FI said if we can't find one we would have to postpone wedding. I wouldn't have a problem with that but my whole wp has already bought their dresses, including me. So you see my dilemma.........HELP!!! SOS!!!Cry

Try Luminarias in Monterey Park, CA.  Has little Luminaries lighting walkway path, and a Spanish feel.  Their prices are reasonable. Good luck.

    Hey girl,

My FI and I are getting married at the Lindley Scott House in Azusa. They have 2 outdoor ceremony locations, and a reception hall on site. Can accomodate up to 200. Catering, and wedding cake(from Some Crust Bakery in Claremont) included.

    Here's a link:

Pickwick Gardens in Burbank might be somewhere to look at.
