Affordable Malibu Locations?

I'd really like to get married at a private estate or outdoor space in Malibu but it seems there's nothing affordable. Everything I find is $10-20k. Does anyone know of anything that's about $5k for the rental?  Thanks

    Check herecomestheguide.com. They'll have write ups, and you can choose which areas of LA, see their prices, then maybe check their own website to verify the most accurate prices. We went thru every place on herecomestheguide.com and found a few that fell under what we wanted. Good luck!

    The Adamson House is $6,500 for the rental, but you have to bring in everything - chairs, tables, linens, lighting, etc.

    Rancho del Cielo looks beautiful. It's a little over our budget since we still need to get tables, chairs, food and everything else. I just emailed them but I wonder if they let you bring any caterer or do they have a list of what we can use? I ask because I have a relative who does catering and can give me a good rate.
