Ok laides.  Our board hasn't been very active so I'm going to start doing a Question Of The Day to try and get some of you ladies posting!  Today's question:

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?

I would really love to go to County Waterford, Ireland.  That's where my grandfather immigrated from and we still have family there.  One of my cousins went there a few years ago and met them and they now want all of their American relatives to come visit.

Jagore, this will be fun!

I have always wanted to go to Venice, Italy ever since I was a kid and heard their streets are made of water!  (I have since learned they are stinky and not clean, but still wanna go.)

I'm gonna cheat and give another answer... I have always wanted to visit Belgrade and Split, Croatia.  My family is from there and have heard so many stories!

Great idea Jagore! The boards have been super slow so maybe this will get some new knotties to join in the fun.

I would say Spain, Madrid I speak the language so I can ask as many questions as I want and be able to understand and I hear its truly beautiful. I'd also say Paris France just because my moms side of the family is french but the language is what makes me lean more to Spain lol

My dream is to visit Europe one day!

I would love to visit Paris, Italy or Ireland! If we were only rich!! lol Hopefully one day I'll get to visit one of these places. I love italian food and would love to see the water streets like nokojamm mentioned. Oh man..one day one day I hope.

It's so hard to decide! We have a list of the next places we're going. In order:

Paris
Goa, India
Greece/Turkey/Egypt
Brazil/Argentina

But ideally, we'd love to go back to Scotland for a milestone anniversary. We only go to explore Edinburgh and a little more in the southern part of the country. We'd like to go to the west and the highlands.

I would give a similar answer to msmerymac. Our top two are India and Argentina. We wanted to do those for the honeymoon but they were over budget.

FI has done tons of traveling and I haven't so we have a list of places we would love to visit. In no particular order.

I think my top two are Ireland and Italy.  I was lucky enough to go to Ireland with my family, and see all the places I've heard about my entire life. We even were able to find and meet some relaitves.   I'd love to go back. For some reason Italy is just fascinating to me.
