Any Recs for a reception venue in the Pasadena area?

I'm asking for my cousin....  She doesn't want a hotel. She's looking at restaurants because its more in their budget.  She would like an indoor/outdoor type place...  Any suggestions?  Thanks a bunch!!

    Noor is the hottest new venue in town. They had a soft opening in January, but they are offering very competitive pricing on their space for weddings.
