So I'm planning on finishing up (at least for now) our registry at Bed Bath and Beyond tomorrow. One of the things I've saved for last is a vacuum. I have absolutely no idea what to look for when selecting one. Any advice...or even better, one you love? :-) Thanks girls!

    I like the Dyson DC25 animal vacuum.  Great if you have pets!  I think any Dyson would do though.

    It costs a small fortune, but our Dyson is my favorite wedding gift we got. Our carpet is seriously softer.

    We have 2 dyson's - and they are a little clumsy if you are using the attachments - but really nothing works better with no headaches of bags, belts.. etc.. we've not any problems with either one - ever and we've had them about 6-8 years each!

    We got the Dyson too. It actually was not rated as the best vaccuum when we bought it, but what is rated the best is not sold at Bed Bathand Beyond so that won't help you anyway.

    We registered for the Dyson too and even though it's expensive, it is the only thing on my registry that I really really want to get! We have a beagle and we have to vacuum about everyday :)
