Looking for suggestions of seamstresses or someone very reliable in LA area to make a wedding dress like the one in these pictures. I don't have quite the cash to go to a real fashion designer... but have drempt of a dress like this my whole life. Please help me if you know of anyone who can help design/construct one for me!
