Found our videographer!!

So after searching for almost a year and finally coming to terms with the fact that having a videographer was just not in our budget.. one of the vendors I contacted back in Dec' e-mailed me about a promo they are having.

Three days after that e-mail I booked them, I'm so excited!!  Here's a link to their video about the promo but I'll recap some of the details, off the top of my head..

It's 8 hrs of filming
1 videographer
5 copies of the dvd

FOR ONLY $1,000 that's if you book by the end of this month for a wedding in 2011

To top it off, they are a super cool couple and the filming is totally in the style we are looking for :)

    Fantastic!  I just got married last week and the ceremony was a blir.  My brother was taking video with his camera, but I haven't seen it yet.  Not sure if we'll be able to hear anything because of the beach wedding.  I think you'll be happy you got the video.

    Thanks ladies! :)  My FI kept telling me how often are we even going to look at the video, we can use that money elsewhere.. but I've always wanted a video.  It's a completely different viewpoint than the photos.

    jwdeldotto  I'm not sure if you're asking how much Stereo Waltz usually charges or other companies in general so I'll answer both.. When I contacted them back in Dec' the starting package was at $2,500, way over my budget.  The lowest package I could find elsewhere was for $1600 but that was for 6 hrs of coverage and not really in the style that I was looking for.  Plus even that amount was something I couldn't fit in my budget.

    The second I got the e-mail from them, I thought this is it, it was meant to be! :)

    They like most vendors ask for a 50% deposit but seriously for this kind of savings.. I couldn't pass it up!

    Hi congrats on finding the videographer!!  how exciting and thanks to you i will be booking them soon cuz it fits my budget!

    I'm looking for a photographer, any suggestions?

    @TheBueno's - thanks!  let me trying contacting them....I too think think that videography and photgraphy are very important.  I mean, at the end of the day, those are the two things that last.....
