did any of you ladies get a chance to see it? I was dying to see it and well FI took me this past weekend. I love America Ferrera besides being a beautiful latina lady, she sorta inspires me...anything is possible you don't have to be a size double negative 0 to be beautiful and show your wonderful curves 

Back to the point! I so LOVED her dress...of course a dress not in a million years will I be able to afford a Monique Lhuiller. I feel so in love with it..sigh...FI said wow she looked good that America Ferrera. It sorta got to me when he said " I never thought a dress like that would look nice, he said he usually invisions brides in BIG puffy dresses. Inside I giggled as I thought "I got a lace dress" though not a Monique Lhuiller   I told FI I so wish I could afford "that" dress and he said baby no matter what dress you get you will look beautiful, and not because of the dress but the person that will be wearing it. AWWW!!! Ladies that sure made my day 

After that I felt very confident about my choice and the dress..but it doesn't mean I can't admire this wonderful Monique Lhuiller dress...just in case some of you haven't seen this beauty!

Your FI sounds like an awesome guy. You can tell he is in LOVE with you.  You are a very lucky woman.  I can't wait to see pictures of the two of you when he sees you in your dress. 
Are you guys going to take 1st look pictures before the ceremony?  Have you talked about that yet?

Hoooow cute! Dh told me that too when we would talk about the dress...and that would make me feel better. yay for great dh's and fi's!

Dawn- because of time.. we are doing 1st look before the ceremony...I really wanted to do the traditional way...walking down the aisle. It'd ok I want to come up with some clever way to do the 1st look...just haven't come up with this plan yet hehehe!

Vans- Yes we do have great FI's and DH's

Ahhh Dh said something very similar to that too when we went to go see the movie too, but I think he said it so I wouldn't go looking for a $6k dress. LoL

DH and I both really liked the movie it was really inspiring to me for some reason. And when I saw that dress I started crying. This is my dream dress !!! IT WAS AMAZING !!! Dh also said he fell in love with it.

But dh also said that when we first got married 7 yrs ago I "had" that type of body and then it made me cry even harder, but then he said some amazing and encouraging words after that.

So goal: Find a dress similar with a price tag cheaper(obviously) and to try my harderst to get as close the the body I used to have before 2 kids came along.

Genie- you can totally do it! You just have to set a realistic goal...anything is totally possible as long as you really give it your ALL!

I want to look like when I met FI...but I know that will take longer than 6 months

I've lost 21lbs in 3 months, but I got ALOT more to go. So we will see.

Girl you've knocked me out of the ball park! So far gym and trying to eat right! I get up @ 4:30 am go to the gym till 6:30am maybe 4-5 x's a week. If I can I'll do more days but sometimes I just get so sick of it, but I can't give up!

My goal is to loose 30lbs...I've cut my eating in smaller portions. Eat more frequently! Also since boudoir pics are in a month I'm thinking of starting to go to the gym in the afternoons after work. I'm hoping to loose 10lbs if  I really kick butt at the gym! This is crunch time.

I'm sure you'll look amazing and I can't wait to see how everything turns out!

Thanks girl your doing an awsome job too.

I can't believe you get up that early. I am sooo not a morning person. That is the time my DH goes to work and I get mad at him for just waking me up to give me a good bye kiss LoL. I go to the gym right after I pick up my daughter from school at 3 and I try not to leave there till about 5 to go home and make dinner.

I eat all my meals on my kids plates cause there tiny. bigger plate more food I seem to put on it. Also I stopped drinking soda all together.I only allow myself to drink anything other than water on the weekends. I've swiched all our food to organic and I know cook everything no frozen food no eating out. When I do seem to get off track I always say,"Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels".

can't wait to see your teaser on her blog. I wish I had as much confidence as you wonderfull ladies do. Let me know how is goes.

Congrats on that! eating right is sooooo hard! You are tempted everywhere..chocolate this, cookies...cupcakes! I mean yum but the devil 

YES I do get up that early! I sometimes amaze myself...its so hard but all I think of is my dress and feeling awesome on wedding day!

CONFIDENCE? I know I'm not! I was so scared to take the e-pics cux all the girls here are so skinny and here comes me. but I knew I wanted them so we did them but trust me I sure was not confident! 

Though I do feel much better about myself. .you've lost 21lbs you can't tell me you don't feel a little better..lighter? You've had to gain at least a little slight confidence...right?
