Annenberg Community Beach House - site fees?

hi!
i'm just starting the venue hunt from abroad (i live in europe right now) and don't want to waste time visiting venues that are out of my price range when i visit LA next month. does anyone know approximate site fees for the annenberg community beach house/marion davies guest house in santa monica?

    I looked into this site months and months ago....they wont book your wedding unless its 6 months away or sooner and they never called me back when they were supposed to to set up a site tour. From what I can remember the fees were around 2,500-3,500k but just their lack of attention and knowledge was a huge turn off for me, just so you know. Maybe it will work out better for you!     They DID just open last summer, so I'm not sure how much event experience they have thusfar.

    They have a list of about 12 approved caterers that seem to range in price...it's just the site fees I was not able to find!

    I looked into this place but only for the smaller areas bc our guest list is 50 people, the capacity chart is available on line, these are the places I inquired about

    Terrace Lounge
    Club Room
    Veranda Rooms, Combined
    Courtyard Garden Terrace
    Parlor
    Guest House Garden
    Entire 2nd Floor

    Their answer:

    The pricing depends on high season/low season and day of the week or weekend.  Rental rates will range from $400 to $2900.  Once you have a date in mind, I can check availability and give you a better idea on specific pricing.

    Rental fees for a Friday low season range from $1100-$1900 for space rental (tables and chairs only).  Is this in your budget?

    Our low season months are November – April with the exception of December.

    Thanks for the info that is really helpful! It looks like a beautiful venue. But... I think we've decided that long-distance wedding planning might be a bit too stressful for a traditional wedding...so we are going for a really laid-back destination wedding in Mexico! :-)

    I'm looking at this venue.  We're debating about a March (off-season) versus June (peak) wedding depending on the cost difference.  We're looking at 150 people for a Saturday evening.  Do any of you have a price breakdown they sent you, that you could share?  I submitted an inquiry form but figure any input from someone who spoke with a contact there is better.  THANKS!
