Help! New to the Los Angeles area and looking for a white/ivory/champagne reception dress that is tea or floor length, for less than $500. I'm wearing a traditional cultural dress for the wedding but changing into an "American-style" gown for the reception. I'm also 5 ft 2" (size 6P) so long gowns that I have tried on are too long so far. I'm getting married in India in May, so looking for a dress that will travel well. I've checked out Bloomingdales and Nordstrom in Santa Monica, but looking for any bridal salons or boutiques to find something simple, elegant, and romantic. Hoping to find a lace or beaded gown. Any recommendations of stores, websites, or designers that cater to petites would be much appreciated. Thanks!
