That sounds like a great workout.  And it sounds like changing it up was just the right thing for you.  Good luck with bootcamp I'm not as brave as you to endure that, Laughing.

    Thats great!! Love your motivation!!
Have you tried the Shred? It combines both Cardio and weight/Strenght Training..  I LOVE it!

I joined a bootcamp group in my area and it really does make a difference! I was working out at the gym and found that I wasn't making any progress anymore. With bootcamp, I'm being motivated and pushed which is what I needed.  She also teaches us about nutrition, which is what I needed.
I hope you like it. If you stick it out, you should see results. Don't get intimidated if you get tired, because the longer you stick with it, the beter you will get. Good luck!

Melistar-shred? Never even heard of it...please do tell Laughing

What Melistar mentioned is the 30 Day Shred, it's a workout video by Jillian Michaels from the biggest loser.

It's a 20-min workout (or at least under 30 min?) that is a circuit format- so you do a few minutes of cardio, a few of strength, etc. and rotate. You can do it at home with just a few hand weights.

I prefer to work out at the gym when I can (I need the motivation of other people around me!), but when I can't make it, I do like the shred.

It's nice that you  get a little bit of everything in less than half an hour, and work all your major muscle groups. It's definitely not a replacement for hours of cardio or strength, but a good supplement.

The best part is that it's only like $8 at Target or on amazon!
