If I had the money, Disneyland!  I didn't grow up here so going to Disneyland is always a treat for me.  Other than that, I'm always up for a Dodger game.

Right now - SLEEP!  If I could sleep by myself without DH or DD for at least 3 hours I would be a happy camper.
2 years ago I would have said - go out to lunch, go shopping and get a mani/pedi and massage for sure.

I've had the Disneyland pass for 5+ years and i still would go on a unexpected day off! Yay Dland!

i'd go to the beach! i've been fiending for a santa barbara adventure... but venice, huntington, san clemente, carlsbad... ahh. i'm clearly not afraid of driving, but yea. total nature fiend right here . either the beach, or an awesome hike

Hike, either urban or not! If I did an urban hike, I'd probably either end up downtown or in the beach cities and go somewhere for lunch where I normally can't (mostly because the good lunch places downtown are closed on weekends).
