Can anyone recommend a good but inexpensive hairstylist/makeup artist in the Ventura County area? My wedding is on July 17th so I'm on a time crunch, and with the 405 freeway closure that weekend, a lot of artists out of the area are adding on large travel fees which is not feasible for me due to a limited budget.
