I don't want to get all excited on facebook or start calling everyone I have ever met and have it get back to bite me in the butt - but MY MOTHER IN LAW IS MOVING OUT!!!!!!!!!!

We went to look at a retirement home and she loved it!  Signed the papers today!  I AM GOING TO KNOW WHAT IT IS LIKE TO LIVE ALONE WITH MY HUSBAND!!!!!

Oh my gosh, it's really going to happen!  We went and had dinner there tonight.  It was lovely!  Everyone was very nice to her and some of her new neighbors came over to introduce themselves.  WOOHOO!!

I just wish hubby wasn't feeling so down about it.  For some reason he can't explain, he feels like he failed his mother.  "She shouldn't have to go somewhere else to feel loved and accepted..."  

It's silly - she'll have a better relationship w/ him once they're not grating on each other's last nerve all the time!
