K I made it halfway through and then just googled the lyrics in both languages lol. They're the same. I mean there's the tiniest bit of variation of words here and there, really only for melody's sake. But the story, concept and 99% of words are exactly the same. Congrats!

Awww that's a beautiful song! Everytime my DH hears the english version, he gets teary eyed. We have a 4 1/2 year old daughter so it makes him think about her growing up.

umm not to be a party pooper or anything but this song is use for a Quinceanera cuz is says hoy que cumple 15 anos. it is beautiful but if all your family is fluent in spanish they are going to catch that, and know that song is not for a wedding. 

there is a beautiful song in spanish that is a father/daughter dance its call "para siempre mi papi" which translates to Always Daddy
