Hey girls. Thanks for being such a help to me.. 4 days to go.. I am finishing up my table seating and was wondering if you have the dj/photographer sit at the tables. also invited our florist to come eat as well (she helped me out through alot of the planing)

The photog and her assistant sat at a table, the DJ had the option of sitting at a table or at his DJ station, and he opted to have dinner at his station.

DJs didn't eat. Photographers we sat at a random table we had space at (some cousins of mine).

Our DJ ate at his station. We had 2 photogs and both were friends of ours. We sat them at a table with other people they knew, but we made sure the table had 'easy access' (along the perimeter of the room) so they could get to the shots they needed. All of them ate the same buffet meal as the guests.

my vendors that will be there during my reception will be seated at a table (prob all together) i think its only respectful they are there for your day to help you, you might as well treat them like guests.

our vendors ate at a "vendor table" if you will that was just outside the perimeter of the other tables. they had the same option everyone else did, so i just asked them prior to the day our numbers were due.
