what to do now??:)

Hello fellow lovelies,

My fiance and i got engaged on March 25, 2011...we decided on a wedding date of May 26, 2012...we already have a venue for the wedding and reception (our church)...so what should we be doing now?? We've also began looking at wedding colors..We are leaning towards a light purple (wisteria?) and sky blue...What else should we be doing? We are SO excited!

    Congratulations!  First of all, spend some time enjoying your engagement and celebrating with friends and family.  What a fun time!  I'm a planner so my mom and I started right away.  We made a list of things we would need to do and started a tentative guest list so we could get an idea of how many people we would have.  Once we had that my mom set a budget.  We booked our DJ and photographer pretty early because they can book up fast but other than that there won't be much to do until it gets closer.  Have a great time planning!
