Hello!
Last weekend my wonderful boyfriend of six years finally proposed! It was the anniversary of our first date. Our first date was at the drive inn so we were going back to celebrate. All of our family and friends were there and he had made a movie preview that asked me to marry him and had it on the drive inn screen for everyone to witness. All cars starting honking and cheering, it was so enchantings.
A few days later I was offered my first job as a teacher (just out of school) and I thought life was just perfect.
Now, my fiance's father offered him a job in a different city (only an hour and half away) and it starts July 1st. He'll be gone for 45-60 days working 12 hour days and the work is somewhat dangerous. I am worried and now freaked out. I am supportive, but we've lived together for 5 and a half years and I dont want that to change. I rearranged my schedule so that I can spend part of the week with him and part of the week at our house and working my summer job.
I just can't yet find my peace (constantly crying). Help please. Also, I know I hate to complain because so many brides (military brides) have to deal with their husbands much further away than what I have to deal with. I have so much respect for them. and i do feel like a huge wimp for being upset about this.
