My fiance proposed a little over a week ago. Where do I go from here? We are both 17½ and will be married when we are 20. My parents and his parents are wanting to have an engagement celebration for us. Since we will have a semi long engagement, what is appropriate in this situation? Most of our friends and some of our relatives don't even believe that this is the "real deal". Therefore, we would like to do something to show/prove that we are officially engaged. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
