Two weeks ago, I headed out to Yosemite with my boyfriend for a long weekend of hiking and camping. It's a very special place for us because it's where we began our relationship. After a long day of hiking, up to the top of Nevada Falls, we headed over to our special spot at the bottom of Yosemite Falls. Our "regular" bench was crowded with others so we pushed through some trees to a private spot along the water. When I turned around to sit down, he was down on one knee with a beautiful ring. He said "It isn't always perfect, but it's always us. Will you marry me?" Through my tears, I said, "Yes, of course!!'
So excited to start the next chapter with him!
