My boyfriend and I have talked about getting married and he hasn't proposed yet. I am in no hurry for him to propose but he's either misleading me or has been talking about proposing the next time we're together (our relationship is currently long-distance). If he was to propose it would be two years before we get married because I don't want to get married until I graduate from college and he deploys to Afghanistan at the end of November for 7 months.
My question for everyone is: "Can an engagement be too long?"
