Engagement Photo Location

Okay so my fiance and I got engaged last year and have been planning our wedding and saving up for it (its in December!! ) We want to take engagement pictures but since we don't get out much we have no idea where a nice location for this would be. We want something more on the nature side but more calm. Any ideas. We live in the San. Francisco bay area so anywhere nearby would be good..anyone??

i'd ask your local board and the photographer might have some ideas! friends of mine have done them where they met, mostly colleges, and also at lookout points with a view of the city behind them.
