I'm so excited. I knew it was coming because we'd started our planning, but he hadn't officially proposed with the ring. He told me to block Easter weekend for a surprise. On Friday morning, he presented me with tickets from London (where we live) to Verona, Italy. I absolutely burst into tears. I was so excited.
We flew to Italy, and took the train to Lake Garda. He booked us into the Hotel Savoy Palace, overlooking the water. At midnight he asked me to walk by the shore to the pier, where under a full moon so bright it looked like the sun, he got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. I'm soooo excited! He's amazing and everything I ever wanted.
