Hi all. I got engaged in April but am just now getting into the message boards. I wasn't sure where this belonged so figured I'd try here. My parents and brother are in Florida. The rest of my family (grandfather, aunts, etc) are in England. My fiance and his family are in Trinidad. And to top it off I'm in school in Grenada (until May, my clinical year will probably be in the US)! I was just wondering if there were any other international couples on here. I have no idea where this wedding will take place. I feel like no matter where it is people will be left out and I don't particularly want to be traveling the world having celebratory parties in 3 countries so everyone's included! But at the same time I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. Any suggestions or words of advice for dealing with this? Anyone have experience in planning a wedding involving international guests? I'm temped for the 2 of us to go off somewhere and get married, maybe with our immediate family members in attendence but he seems set on a big get together. Any help greatly appreciated!
