Yeah, I never saw it coming...He said he's loved me since he was 6 (but couldn't place the feeling) & then at my sister's recent wedding, after not seeing or communicating for all those years, we started talking again.
He said he was getting so discouraged because other wedding guests kept
grabbing me to talk since I was the MOH...3 days later we email
and he told me how he felt. He's stationed in Italy now, but I'm flying
out in 3 weeks & we're doing the legal paperwork there.
I don't want to tell my sister yet because I love her & she just got married ... I would hate to "steal her newlywed thunder", ya know what I mean?
But our parent's now know about our plans, and are 100% behind it.
It sounds crazy but we have so much in common despite
being apart so long...I'm just floored...I hate that I wasted so much time & tears on my ex's when all that time I could have been with my real love!
I guess the Universe had some lessons to teach us? LoL
