I posted on the NEY Board before because I was going crazy about the upcoming proposal and I'm so glad you managed to calm me down, make me relax and just look forward to what's going to happen.
Last Sunday my BF finally proposed:) No pink pony (although I really love that pink ¨my pony¨ with the sparkling eyes), but a wonderful engagement ring

My BF had left notes, that I had to find, in the house. One note leading to the other. Finally the note told me to have a shower and get ready to leave and go to our favourite cake store. There I met him and we ate a wonderful small cake (I was starving and BF knew better, than to propose when my stomach is empty
)
And when I thought we are going to leave, he told me to look for another note... I found it under the table and it read: Will you marry me?
I'm really happy and I can't stop staring at the ring. He just told his family and friends and they are all very happy and excited.
But now I told my first close friend and he asked me whether he should congratulate or pity me
I was too shocked to say anything smart or to tell him how rude he is. Now I'm just upset and worried I might have other reactions like this.
I try to not let it bother me, but it's hard.
