Just Engaged and Proposals

Tiffany Blue Wedding

Good morning Ladies

I am having a tiffany blue wedding theme and I was wondering if anyone knew of any designs that carry that specfic color.  I know davids bridal but I refure to use them and I know Alfredo Angelo.  Does anyone know or have ideas of anything else.

Thank you so much

I'd start lurking on the Etiquette board if I were you.

  •  I think the color sounds great! Have fun with it! ... and someone mentioned aqua and such... might be pretty to have different shades of blues and greens! That way you are not having to find such a specific color!
  • I have to agree with Amoro on this one.  I think its overdone.

And I also have to add, nothing says class like fake crystal.

<div>Most likely because her guests will also be laughing at how pretentious she's trying to be.  </div><div>

  • I am looking at using Tiffany Teal as well with pink! Alot of party supply stores will have a very similar color so you don't have to worry about that :)
I have this link on my favorties: http://www.squidoo.com/tiffanyblueweddings

On another note, I am shocked at how rude some bridezillas are! People come to these message boards for help and guidance, not insults on their wedding ideas! Come one grow up please. After all, you are adult enough to get married, so please be respectful and act like adults :)

Pretty sure Shelly had no wedding debt. Most of the girls here don't.

I would say its the color we like not that it is tiffany's specifically representing diamonds because the only thing thats blue is the box, so as for pretentous representing the color of a box definetly does not come close. I will be looking for an aqua color myself pretty close to TB but will also be using fuschia and a lime green as accents. Congratulations on your wedding. Its nice to remember that everyone has different likes and dislikes and as long as your wedding day is everything you ever wanted that should be all that matters!!
  • I sent you a private message with some info... HTH!

  • I'm also going to be using Tiffany Blue - not beacuse it "represents" Tiffany & Co, but that particular color is appealing to me for my beach wedding - our other color is going to be chocolate brown. Between the blues and the browns from the beach and the sand, it should all come together beautifully. I've noticed that Robins Egg blue is pretty close as well. One thing I've done is I took my tiffany box to the craft store and bought ribbon that was the same color (as close as possible) and will be carrying around a piece of the ribbon with me to match colors. For anything that I think will be difficult to find in the right shade, I will just go with the brown because it is a lot easier to find brown than the right blue.
  • Hey Congratulations on picking a great color!!  My bridesmaids picked it for their dresses, which was fine with me b/c my ring is from Tiffany, the salespeople are so excited!!!  Bridesmaids dresses from Eden Bridals they have a nearly identical tiffany blue match and their dresses are very reasonable and absolutely gorgeous!!! Good Luck!!

  • I'm using Tiffany Blue (Robin's Egg, pale-ish) with pops of orange. Our reception venue doesn't need a lot of decorating. It's on the beach and very natural looking, it also has a bunch of blown glass chandeliers that look like bubbles. So I'm just using the blue and orange as beach inspired pops of color.

It may be over-done, some people may not like it, but it's your wedding.

If you don't like it, don't post. It's that simple.
