Set the date last night!!

We set our date last night. We are having our wedding on november 4th or 2011. I really wanted it on the 11th because it was my grandfathers birthday but it is a tough day to book because of 11-11-11. Did anyone else have to sacrifice there date for any certain reason also?

I had wanted the first day of my spring break, but it was the day before Easter and we couldn't get a church.  So we went with the following Saturday.  In the end, it turned out to be the best because my mom broke her hip 10 days before my wedding and had hip replacement.  She would have been in the hospital on the earlier date, but made it to the wedding in a wheelchair on the later date.
