Another escort card question...

My cards are actually going to be attached to the favors (jars of honey) on the table at the front. What I intend is for them to pick up their jar of honey, and on the card it will say what table they are located at. I want each person to get their own jar, so I need each person's jar to say their name.

But what about the "guests" ? Do I just label the jar with "Guest of Mr. John Doe" ?

I am getting my and guests names from the person I gave a plus one too that didn't indicate it on their RSVP card.

I am finding out all guest names bc I dont want to have any cards say guest.  I have almost all of my cards done but am waiting on a few guest names and will print those as soon as I have them.

This. Anyone that replied with a guest I immediately contacted to get the guest's name. Besides the escort cards, I want to know who is coming to my wedding lol.

I'd do the same. I've asked people the names of their guests every time I get a RSVP back without a name.

I'm doing the same thing as you but with jars of jam. Fortunately I found out the name of every guest's plus one so that I could include their name on the invitation. This way I can write their name on the favor tag as well.

Try to find out the person's name. If you can absolutely cannot reach the guest for their date's name by the time you need the favor tags/escort cards done, I would just write "John Doe's guest". But this is an absolute last resort.

Just get all the guests' names. This is why we had a spot on our RSVP card for each guest to write their name and their meal choice.
