I ordered the monogrammed wrap that you had for your wedding through Maggie Sue's on 1/7/10.  They told me it would be about 2-3 weeks and after after that time passed, I contacted the about the status of the order.  Whenever I call, the phone just rings and rings, I've also sent 3 email requests via their website, all which have gone unanswered, and I emailed someone who I had communicated directly with and her email was bounced back.

I just got off the phone to file a dispute with my credit card company.  I am so disappointed, I really wanted that wrap, but its been almost 40 days so I needed to file a dispute before too much time passed.

Not your fault, at all, just thought I'd let you know.  Perhaps they went out of business??
