My fiancee and I have been together for almost 4 years and I know this day has been coming. We were supposed to go up north alone for the weekend in his fish house and I thought that's when it was gonna happen but the weather didn't permit and we went back home. Then we went out with friends to celebrate the New Year anyways. The next day I was laying and taking a nap in his fish house. He told me that I needed to get up because there was a fish on the line. I get up, set the hook and start reeling in the line. (this whole entire time he's on one knee and it doesn't phase me). After I get all of the line up out of the water I see that there was a weight on the bottom and nothing else. He told me to look closer and sure enough there was my ring. After a few mintues of initial shock I said yes. It was the best time of our life. It was very emotional for the both of us and on March 24th, 2012 I will marry my best friend.
