The biggest issue: my and my fi can't agree on when to get married. I don't want to have to compromise becuase we don't have the money or the time to get everything planned and I have always loved all the fall colors and the crispness of the fall air so I would love to get married next fall. He on the other hand wants to get married right now, we were trying to work things out and he decided that February would be ok but really that is too soon I am not ready. I don't want things to be really bad between us and I do want to marry him so I don't know how to get him to understand where I am coming from. Everytime I say next fall he blames my parents and sisters because they dont like the fact that we are engaged after only dating 6 months. Also I feel that we still have a lot to learn about each other and work together to have the life that we want to have. Please help me figure out how to get my fi to understand that we are engaged already commited in our relationship so getting hitched now or in a year when my family and i am more compfortable and can have the wedding we all want for us isn't going to change our love for one another.
