Anyone have feedback on these two hotels for our ceremony reception? We booked with Barcelo maya Palace but are now concerned it's too big, impersonal and we won't get good customer service. NOW Sapphire Cancun looks so pretty! But there doesn't seem to be much around that hotel. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
