After almost 6 years of dating, graduating, moving in together, and having a child we are finally getting married! He proposed on Easter. We woke up at 6am and drove to Zion to hike Angels Landing. He was so cute the whole hike, making sure I didn't feel scared. "I'm not going to let you fall." and "You can do this."
As we got closer to the top, people kept stopping us to chat. Everyone was all smiles. We reach the 'beehive' and there are three random people that rush over and say hello and shake our hands and talk to us. Then they slowly walk away. I wasn't suspicious at all. We walk over to the edge, and I saw his best friends peek out from behind a rock with their cameras, then I look at my guy. He got down on one knee and said, "I wanted to show you that I will never let you fall or get hurt. You are always safe with me. Will you marry me?"
I was so suprised! His buddies took some great pictures too.
I am so excited to plan my wedding to the love of my life.
