It was just wonderful. I was expecting a proposal but not at this time. He took me to my favorite tea room and it was so beautiful and apparently everybody knew except for me! He asked my mother for my grandmother's ring. He had in cleaned, sized and the prongs replaced. It is absolutely gorgeous, I feel like she's still with me when I'm wearing it. I often think she would be very fond of FI. I've started doing a little planning, but just wanted to share my story and my ring!
