Wedding Day Pictures

Hi ladies,I need some idea's on where we can take our wedding pictures after the ceremony, before the reception. We are getting married in Walton Hills and the reception is in Akron. I am trying to give at least 2 hrs to get all pictures done and to be at the hall. (it is at least a 30 minute drive to the hall from the church). Does anyone have suggestions from Walton Hills to Akron that we can stop for pictures? (that we wouldn't have to pay for being on the property or to use their facility) TIA!

The Gorge metropark in Cuyahoga Falls, right off Rte. 8. Gorgeous! (and free!)

We took pictures for my brother's wedding at the town square in "downtown" Bedford, which isn't far from Walton Hills. There is a gzebo, train tracks, a little train station, a historic Church. Otherwise, there are a number of beautiful parks in Bedford, Walton Hills, Brecksville, the Gorge as mentioned. Macedonia has a gazebo near the 271 exit/ Rte. 8. Oh, there is a gazebo in Northfield Center too. You could mix it up between park pics and downtown Akron pics. It seems that there is some pretty neat architecture there. Good luck!

Hudson Springs Park in Hudson would make a cute backdrop for outdoor photos. There's a lake, gravel nature trail and pavilion for 'standard' photos, and a playground that could make for some 'fun' photos.
