So.... I went to the jeweler's today to drop my ring off as they bent the setting when it was being resized... this time I decided to talk to the saleslady who sold my FI the ring to see if she could show me the enhancement band my FI was raving about. ('cuz I'm nosy like that
)
Well, my FI bought the ring four months ago so I really didn't expect she would remember him. I just asked to see enhancements she thought would match my solitare. She saw his name on the repair reciept and her eyes lit up and she said "That family loves you SO much! You've left quite the impression on them!" at first I thought she was just buttering me up for a sale and then she dropped his grandmothers name and said she was hoping and waitng for him to propose ever since she first met me!
I just feel so blessed and lucky to be welcomed as a part of his family, I see so many people compaining about their FIL's I thought I'd share a good story
*I wanted to add- I don't mean to imply people are complaining unfairly- I just know that alot of people have trouble seeing eye to eye with their In Laws...
