Okay so we booked the Astrodome back in July for our June 2010 wedding. We paid our deposit and have yet to receive some sort of paperwork/receipt for the deposit. They had to wait and have the church deposit the check since the go through St. Josaphat. Now, the first time I called in regard to it, it took a couple of weeks to hear back and they were supposed to get a hold of the church about the deposit receipt (this was left on my voice mail). Okay fine that kept me quiet temporarily. Now I called a week ago in regards to testing out food and to find out when there will be wedding there. I've heard nothing back. I just left yet another message in regard to now both things. Has anybody else had any problems with MaryAnne calling them back?? My FI and I are becoming worried that this will keep happening. I'm about to go up there on a Saturday to see what's going on. But I shouldn't have to take those measures. All I want is some proper customer service and courtesy. Just seeing if anybody else is having problems.
