Ok i'm not your typical follow the rules kinda girl.
The boyfriend is so wrapped up in what ring is right and how to spend and that he needs to pick it.
So to make life easier I told him to just plan and propose on his own terms and at his own time...when the moment feels right to him.
Then I said he can give me a rough budget and we can go find something together.
But with the financial and economic times I am wondering if a really nice wedding band is acceptable as an engement ring and then a small band to go with it.
I've never been big on jewlery or wearing rings (ever).
Thoughts?!?!
