Newly engaged - Don't know where to start!!!

Hi ladies and happy new year!

I got engaged to my long time boyfriend last March in Hawaii and was talking to my fiance about the wedding date; after discussion we came up with Aug 17 2013. It still gives us a long time before the D-day but I live in Canada and my wedding would be in France as we are both from there.

Any types of help would be appreciated as I seriously don't know where to start. Budget? number of guests?

Agree w/Yaga--while you don't have to have exact numbers, its a good idea to have them before looking at venue, then you won't waste any time with a place that is too small. Same goes for budget, best to set that first too so you don't waste time looking at places that are too expensive.

I would do budget first so you know what venues to look at then guestlist so you know what size venuse to look for. There is a great wedding checklist under tools Give t a try
