So my now fiance (love saying that) told me that we were going to his parents for a Labor Day cookout...I said okay. On the way there his bike broke down so we were stuck and had to wait for my uncle to come get us with a trailer for the bike. We finally got to his parents house and my parents and little brother were there i thought okay maybe he invited them too since it is Labor Day then my aunt and uncle (godfather) stayed again thought nothing about it. I was sitting there eating my cake when all of a sudden he said to me Katie and he opened his sweatshirt and on it said Katie will you marry me? and then he got down on one knee of course i was so quiet nobody knew i had said YES.
That was a day I will remember forever.
