Hello. My boyfriend and I are ring shopping. I have settled on an emerald cut stone. I am in the process of searching out ring settings. I fell in love w a very elaborate pave setting that has a lot of sparkle but I am afraid it may be too much for the classic, clean cut of the emerald and make the center stone appear glassy. Any input? How much is too much for an emerald setting?
