I've been dragging my feet about getting my engagement ring insured. Anyone have any recommendations for an gemologist/ certified appraiser in the DC Metro Area?

Get it done though...mine's in the shop and I got engaged in February.

We just added ours to our homeowners for less than $40 a year.  We didn't need an appraisal, as we had the receipts and gemology report from the jeweler.
